Secure your trip with us is fairly easy.  Once you have searched and decided on the tour package, just fill up the required info and send us the inquiry form.  We will revert with pricing, availability and payment information.  We should respond to your inquiry within 24hrs.  You will receive Booking Confirmation/Service Voucher once the payment is done.

General Booking – Terms & Conditions 

1. Reservation
We accept booking and reservation made via phone call, or email (preferred method). We request maximum details including arrival/departure dates, flight number, names of guests, passport details, gender, age and special requests so that efficient arrangement can be achieved.

2. Rates, Pricing, Exchange Rates
2.1 Currency
All rates are quoted will be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

2.2 Price revision
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price quoted at any time prior to booking. Prices quoted are subject to alteration due to continuing variation of air fares, unforeseen supplier increases and exchange rate fluctuations.

2.3 Exchange rates
The exchange rate will be taken as the rate available at the time of invoicing. Exchange rates are determined by us and may not correspond with the market exchange rates.

3. Deposit and Payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit based on total tour price is needed to secure bookings. No reservation will be considered as confirmed without the payment of a deposit. Full payment in must be received 30 days prior to tour commencement. Should reservation be made less than 30 days prior to tour commencement, full payment must be received immediately upon confirmation. Failure to comply with the above may result in the cancellation of all reservations without notice.  The deposit required may vary depending on the products booked.

4. Cancellation
Written notice must be received for any tour cancellation. The date on which your notice of cancellation is received by us will determine the cancellation charge applicable. If you have paid a deposit and you cancel or terminate your holiday package prior to making full payment, there will be no refund of your deposit.
In addition to the charges shown below many air tickets have no refund value whatsoever and, therefore, airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges.

Cancellation Fees:
• 30 days before tour date 30% of total tour arrangements
• 29 to 15 days before tour date 55% of total tour arrangements
• Below 14 days before tour date and No Show on tour date No Refund

5. Refund
Once a tour is in progress, no refund will be made for un-utilized services. Refund will not be made for unused sightseeing trips, land arrangements, accommodation facilities or meals.

6. Rooms
Where room reservations in addition to those contain in the tour packages are requested, this will be subject to cut-off date, deposit payment, cancellation policy and other conditions as may be required by the accommodation provider.

7. Tour Cancellation, Re-scheduling & Variation
We reserve the right to cancel, re-schedule or vary any tour departure, duration and content in accordance with operating requirements or due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this occur, we will offer you an alternative arrangement. If there is a difference in cost, this will be for your account.
We will not be responsible for the cost of any other travel arrangements affected due to the cancellation, re-scheduling and variation in our tour. We shall be relieved from all liabilities and obligations resulting from such tour cancellation, re-scheduling and variation.

8. Payment Methods
Payment may be made by Direct Bank-In or Telegraphic Transfer.

8. Tour Protection Plan
We highly recommend clients to take up their own travel insurance for own protection and peace of mind. It is your responsibility to ensure that you purchase adequate travel insurance for your needs.

9. Travel Requirements
It is your responsibility to obtain a visa (where required) and other relevant travel document at your own costs. You must be in possession of a valid passport required for entry, departure and travel through each destination point along the itinerary of the tour, (your passport must be valid 6 months after your return date), and be in possession all visas, permits and certificates including vaccination certificates, insurance policies, required for the whole of the journey.

10. Law & Jurisdiction
Any claim or dispute arising from or related to this contract will be governed by Malaysian law and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of it.

11. Liability
We assumes no responsibility of liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident with any services resulting directly or indirectly from Acts of God, Strikes, Government regulation, Theft, Failure of any means, Discrepancies or Changes over which it has no control.  We acts only as an agent for the hotels, resorts, lodges, airlines, bus companies, railway, boats and ferry, restaurants and other contractors and shall not be liable or responsible for any irregularity, delay, loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise whether due to its or their negligence or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or any other services.
